Danduct Clean
Cookie policy
Version 2, September 2026. For Danduct’s content review before launch.
Shop functions and optional videos
The website uses cookies and browser storage for shop functions. Product videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player and load when they come into view. They start muted and repeat, unless your device is set to reduce motion; in that case you start playback yourself. Loading the player shares information including your IP address with YouTube, which may store data. Leaving the video or hiding the tab stops the player but does not delete data already received by YouTube.
What is stored
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
danduct_lang | Cookie | Remembers the language you chose (English or Danish) so we do not redirect you again. | 1 year |
danduct_customer_type | Cookie | Remembers whether you view business prices (excl. VAT) or private prices (incl. VAT). | 1 year |
danduct.cart.v1 | Browser storage | Keeps the items in your cart between page views. Stays in your browser only. | Until you empty the cart or clear site data |
danduct.checkout-request-key.v1 | Browser storage | A random key used to avoid duplicate orders during repeated checkout attempts. | Until the order is placed or the browser session ends |
sb-… (Supabase) | Cookie | Login session for distributors and Danduct administrators. Only set when you log in. | Session, renewed while logged in |
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Cookie (Stripe) | Set by Stripe on the payment page for fraud prevention. Only on checkout.stripe.com. | 1 year / 30 minutes |
How to remove them
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. This resets your saved language and price view, empties the cart and may sign you out.
Personal data
How we handle the data behind an order or enquiry is described in the privacy policy.
