Returns and cancellation

Before you return anything

Write to danduct@danduct.com with your order number and relevant item numbers, if available. Say whether you wish to withdraw or report a defect. A missing order number does not remove your rights; we can help identify the purchase.

Cancelling an order before dispatch

Contact Danduct as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights also apply before delivery. Changes or cancellation of a business order must be agreed with Danduct.

Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal

Private consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

1. Notify Danduct by e-mail within 14 days of receipt. You may use the wording: "I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [item] on order [number]."
2. Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice to: Danduct Clean, Teglvænget 63, DK-7400 Herning, Denmark. You pay the return shipping and bear the risk in transit, so use a tracked service.
3. The refund includes the purchase price and standard delivery charge and is due within 14 days of your notice. Danduct may withhold it until receiving the goods or evidence of dispatch.

You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. If they have been used, assembled or damaged beyond that, Danduct may deduct the loss of value from the refund.

Statutory exceptions, such as goods made to your specifications, may apply. Selecting an ordinary standard variant does not in itself make the goods custom-made.

Business customers

Business purchases do not have the statutory consumer right of withdrawal. Any return of non-defective goods requires agreement with Danduct. Rights concerning defects follow the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

A defect claim is not a cancellation. If an item is damaged in transport, is not what you ordered, or fails within the complaint period under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, contact Danduct with photos and a description. Danduct pays the return freight for justified claims and will repair, replace or refund. Wear from normal use of brushes, shafts and filters is not a defect.

Refunds

Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed at no cost to you. Pro forma orders paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer.
