Terms and conditions
Version 2, September 2026. For Danduct’s content review before launch.
1. Seller
Danduct Clean, Teglvænget 63, DK-7400 Herning, Denmark. CVR (VAT) no. DK66399710. E-mail danduct@danduct.com, phone +45 42 45 35 30. These terms apply to all purchases made through danduct.com.
2. Who can buy
Danduct serves businesses and private consumers. Choose "Business" or "Private" for the appropriate price view. Businesses must provide their company name and VAT number. Online ordering is available only for customer types and countries with approved payment and VAT settings; contact Danduct for other enquiries.
3. Ordering and contract
You review your items, details and final price before payment. You receive an order confirmation when payment is registered, or a pro forma invoice for invoice prepayment. Where a freight quote is needed, Danduct confirms delivery and the final total first. A binding contract exists when Danduct confirms the order by e-mail. Danduct may decline an order for obvious pricing errors, missing payment or suspected misuse, and will refund any amount paid.
4. Prices
Danish pages show DKK. English pages show EUR where a EUR list price exists, otherwise DKK. The payment currency follows the delivery country and is shown before payment. Business prices exclude VAT; the private price view includes 25 % Danish VAT. Final VAT and delivery are confirmed before payment. Individual distributor discounts apply to active distributor accounts and cannot be combined with discount codes. Items without a verified price require a quote.
5. Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe; Danduct does not see or store card details. MobilePay is not offered. Orders above the EUR 10,000 card limit are prepaid by pro forma invoice. The DKK limit and calculation basis must be confirmed before online ordering opens. Delivery above 25 kg, pallets and other manually quoted freight receive a final price from Danduct before payment instructions. Collection does not require a freight quote solely because of weight. Goods are dispatched only after payment is confirmed. Credit for approved distributors requires a separate agreement.
6. VAT and business customers
VAT treatment depends on customer type, delivery country and any valid EU VAT number. Final VAT is shown before payment. Consumer purchases, EU transactions and exports may proceed online only where the relevant VAT setup has been approved. Contact Danduct when your order needs manual clarification. Export customers may be responsible for import duties and local taxes under the applicable rules.
7. Delivery
Danduct ships internationally. Delivery cost depends on weight and destination and is shown before payment. Parcels use Danduct’s carrier in Denmark and freight forwarder internationally; pallet freight is quoted individually. Expected dispatch and transit times are stated in the order confirmation. Collection at Teglvænget 63, 7400 Herning is free by appointment. Check the parcel on receipt and report visible transport damage to the carrier and Danduct. This does not limit your statutory rights.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
Consumers normally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from an online purchase. Notify Danduct clearly at danduct@danduct.com within that period, then send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. You pay return shipping. The refund includes the purchase price and standard delivery charge and is due within 14 days of your notice; Danduct may withhold it until receiving the goods or evidence of dispatch. Necessary inspection is allowed; additional handling may result in a deduction for diminished value. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business purchases. Statutory exceptions, including goods made to your specifications, may apply. See Returns and cancellation.
9. Defects and complaints
Consumers have a two-year statutory right to complain about defects. Contact Danduct when you discover a defect with the order number, item number and photos or a description. Business purchases follow the Danish Sale of Goods Act’s inspection and notification rules. Normal wear on brushes, shafts and filters is not in itself a defect. Justified claims are handled under the applicable rules on repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
10. Manuals and safe use
Equipment must be used by trained personnel in accordance with its manual. Find available manuals under Support or contact Danduct. Training is arranged by enquiry through the training page.
11. Liability
Danduct’s liability follows the general rules of Danish law. Product liability follows the applicable product liability rules. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
12. Personal data
Order and customer data are processed as described in the privacy policy.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact Danduct first at danduct@danduct.com. Consumers can find the relevant complaint body and eligibility requirements at forbrug.dk and Nævnenes Hus. The European Commission’s Consumer Redress Portal lists cross-border complaint options. Danish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
